The company was established in 1980 by the late His Excellency Mr Abdulla Mohamed Khalfan Bukhatir of the Bukhatir family, a highly respected and influential name not only in the United Arab Emirates & the Middle East but the world over. H.E was the former Under Secretary for Justice and Islamic affairs in the first United Arab Emirates Cabinet.

After his demise the mantle fell on the shoulders of his son Mr Mohamed Abdalla Khalfan Bukhatir.
